Forest Adventure Engagement Session

Helena and Cerys' engagement session was full of joy and love! They wanted their engagement session to tie into their wedding theme - rustic, nature and outdoors, so I knew exactly where to take them! West woods was the first place to come to mind when we started talking about location and oh my it did not disappoint! With the gorgeous backdrop of trees and the sunset poking through it truly was the perfect scene.

Cerys was super nervous about the session and having her photos taken but that soon changed! I put on some music and got them to just have fun, we moved about so much that it didn't even feel like a photo session. By the end of the session we were all laughing so much we didn't want to go home!
Engagement sessions like this are so important to me, especially if you're nervous about having your photos taken! Now that Helena and Cerys have had this session I know full well they'll be much more confident on their wedding day!
Helena and Cerys coordinated their outfits perfectly with their summertime dresses! Helena wore a slightly lighter red floral dress whilst Cerys chose a slightly darker one alongside a denim jacket. This was the perfect mix of casual and dressy! The pop of red also stood out beautifully against the wooded background.
