Olivia and Alfie's wedding took place in the gorgeous city of Bath! This wedding was the definition of doing it your way. They chose to have only a few of their close ones present whilst they said I do. It was clear to see the love that Olivia and Alfie had for each throughout their intimate wedding.
Intimate Wedding Morning
Olivia & Alfie got ready in a gorgeous house situated in Bath. They had 5 of their loved ones with them through the morning and ceremony. In the morning they got ready separately but wanted to do a first look with each other before the ceremony!
When I first arrived I captured both Olivia and Alfie getting ready, everyone was super laid back! Before their wedding Olivia had told me the vibe she was after was similar to Jamie Lang and Sophie Habboo's London wedding! They definitely hit the mark, the vibe was simple yet chic. Olivia's looked beautiful in her Coast Sophie Habboo Bridal dress paired with her gorgeous veil and Prada shoes. Olivia told me her shoes were the moment! So of course I had to make sure to capture some detail shots of these gorgeous shoes.
Intimate First Look
Olivia and Alfie wanted a first look before their ceremony. This was my first time capturing this type of first look and oh my it did not disappoint! I set them up and gave them space and time to just be with each other capturing the emotions as they unfolded. Once they had finished and were happy we went on to grab so quick portraits of them both at the house before we headed to the ceremony.
Rose Neath House had such beautiful grounds which made for some even more beautiful portraits!
Garden and House Portraits
Rose Neath House had some absolutely stunning grounds. Olivia and Alfie wanted to have a few portraits of them both in and around the house before we headed off to the ceremony. As soon as I started taking these photos I knew Olivia and Alfie were complete naturals! We even took some solo portraits of them both and they knew how to hype each other up. We also made the most of the inside of the gorgeous house by taking a few photos of Olivia and Alfie alongside their family. I didn't take too long on these portraits as I knew they wanted more after the ceremony in the city of Bath.
Ceremony at Bath Registry Office
It was time to say I do! Olivia and Alfie had chosen the simple yet gorgeous room in the Bath Registry Office. There was smiles, tears and laughter from their loved ones throughout the ceremony. It was such an honour to be a part of such an intimate wedding ceremony and to witness the love that was clear to see! As we the ceremony finished we quickly took couple of photos of Olivia and Alfie on the steps inside the venue which really felt grand. It was then time for a small confetti throw as we headed out into Bath's city.
Chic city portraits in Bath
After the gorgeous ceremony I still had time left on my booking which meant more photos! It was all about the candid photos here and lots of walking shots which is exactly what Olivia and Alfie were after. It really felt like a celebrity wedding, Bath was super busy so we had lots of people watching and congratulating the newly weds!
Once we were done with the candid couple portraits Olivia and Alfie spent some time talking with their family and I gave them space whilst snapping away the moments. Then it was time for me to say goodbye, as they headed off back to the house ready for an evening full of celebrations with more of their loved ones.
